A note from Paul…

I have over 25 years educational experience in the public & private sectors, having successfully served as a/an:

  • elementary principal, assistant principal, adjunct instructor & classroom teacher – in both Magnet & Traditional School Settings in New York & Maryland.  These schools were located in both urban & suburban settings;
  • coordinator of school programs for a NYC Public Schools SES Program – recruiting, supervising & training over 700 teachers in 75 technology based elementary & middle level after-school SES programs citywide;
  • Nationwide Staff Development Training Specialist.

As a national conference facilitator, presenter, speaker & trainer, I’ve been providing on-site staff development workshops to K-12, public, private & charter schools and universities in the areas of:

  • student motivation & engagement utilizing differentiated instruction;
  • effective staff observation & evaluation;
  • classroom management;
  • successfully developing school site collaborative decision making teams.

I not only motivate, inspire and entertain educators, but I share with them exceptionally practical, proven strategies they can begin using effectively & immediately in their classrooms and on campus!  I also help them to renew their self-worth and to maintain a sense of pride in their chosen profession because they definitely will make a difference in the lives of students. As a successful educator and national trainer I promise to teach, motivate, and inspire educators in my on-site school training sessions and school district keynotes.
